21 Day Fix Menu - Week 2

Week 2 Menu! Feel free to substitute colors. This is what I will be eating this week on the 21 Day Fix. I will be adding lots of spices, hot sauce, mustards, vinegars, etc. to add even more flavor to these meals.
Have you ever tried turmeric and smoked paprika on boiled eggs? It's really good! play around with your free spices and find what flavors you love!

(This menu is for the 1200 to 1499 calorie range. If you are above this range you can use this as a base menu and add in the containers that you need.)

    1. To make the tostada shells I would spray my corn tortillas with a very light spray of olive oil and put them on a cookie sheet. Then I broil them in the oven until they start to get toasty on the top, flip them over and toast the other side until they are crispy. It takes a little practice to get them just right. Then add on your ground beef, tomato, lettuce, and a little hot sauce on top. Sometimes I squirt on a little lime juice too. yum!

    1. While doing this menu, I do just Shakeology, ice, and water, and I add the 1/2 banana or peanut butter if it is listed on that day. Then I blend it up in my NutriBullet.
